Model withdrawal form

This is the standard form for exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under Directive 2011/83/EU (the Consumer Rights Directive) as implemented in Sweden by Distansavtalslagen (2005:59) 2 kap. and in Norway by angrerettloven §21. Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from a contract.

The right of withdrawal applies only to purchases from trader sellers (näringsidkare / næringsdrivende). It does not apply to contracts between private persons (consumer-to-consumer sales) on Budna.

How to submit

You can complete and return this form by email to the addressee above, or use the in-app withdrawal flow which submits the same information electronically. Any other clear statement of your decision to withdraw is also valid under Distansavtalslagen 2 kap. 10§ and angrerettloven §20.

Effect of withdrawal

On valid withdrawal the seller (“we” in this form) will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the seller receives your goods back or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. The reimbursement is made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise, and is carried out through Budna’s payment solution on the seller’s behalf; the seller — not Budna — is the party responsible for the reimbursement, except where Budna is the seller of record. Once initiated, the time until the refund reaches you depends on the payment method and the banks involved.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the seller agrees otherwise in writing. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
